Belt adjustment

I just started to have some issues with my MH-721 cutter. After checking everything out ,I believe that the belt is loose. My question is, which side of the cutter do I remove to tighten the belt? Looking at the cutter, do I remove the right(cable connection) side or the Left( switch side) to get to the adjustment. Thanks as always.

Looking at the front- take off the left side to get to the belt adjustment screw.
