gomer 4 Posted December 24, 2011 i finally spent the money for "diamond plate" vinyl, this is the first thing i did with it...... my work tool box before...... after..... i cant believe the difference!! i made some lettering for my friends truck windshield with diamond plate, as soon as he sends me a pic i will post it. gomer 4 Posted January 14, 2012 i use 80 grit garnet sand in my blaster. since these glasses are thick and i'm blasting on a curved surface so i use 80-100 psi. i have used as low as 20 psi on some flat very thin glass. it takes forever to get something done when at low psi's. gomer 4 Posted February 20, 2012 i have wanted to try wrapping something in vinyl. so i got some carbon fiber vinyl ........ before..... and after...... it took 2 of us and hour, and 2 pieces of vinyl. but when we got done it looked good for a first time try.
