What design program do you have? it's actually called a gradient,,,In PS you would use the 2 color gradient tool and adjust it to be similar.. I am sure your design program has a similar feature?? rodh2 16 Posted October 7, 2011 SSW, I am not sure how to fade the colors in Inkscape, I do not use Inkscape. However, in Corel draw there is an option for a mesh fill. You can color certain spots and move the colors around to get the fade effect. Look through all the tool in Inkscape for a color blend or a mesh fill option. I know this does not answer your question; I know someone that uses Inkscape will be along and help. I did a quick oval in Corel Draw.
