Need help finding supply company for northern new york

Im in Ogdensburg, Ny about 2 hours north of syracuse and almost in canada. I have a sign I am working on and need at least a 4 x 6 substrate. Not really sure exactly what I'm looking for, I was thinking something like signabond. It needs to be white and either plastic or aluminum the customer doesn't want any wood. I do need to cut scrolls in it so it would have to be able to work with wood tools. It is a double sided sign and will be held up between two 6X6 posts four feet apart on a busy highway with big gusts of wind. If anyone has any hints on what I should be using or even better someone that will actually deliver or ship up here it would be appreciated.
