Calibration for CE5000-60

Recommended Posts

I've had this Graphtec CE5000-60 for about 3-4 years now. Its mainly for in-house business/personal use. So we only use it 3-4 times a month.

The problem I have is the calibration on the needle. The vinyl sheet got caught up and bent this black U shaped piece. After that happened, it had a problem with positioning. That piece actually covers 2 wires/sensor?(I'm not sure what you call these things). It was able to move it back in place and put that U shaped cover back on. It is able to start up and start cutting again but now its off. When I do the TEST, the triangle and Square to check for positioning is off.

Is this something that can be fixed by calibration? TIA.

try factory reset, If that doesn't work, sounds more like a question for support at Graphtec. Call tech support at Graphtec. You may need to replace parts.

Thanks for the reply. I did the factory Reset. (Power on while pressing UP)

I did the TEST after and the Square and triangle is still off. Triangle is lopsided and its not within the square. I'll have to call graphtec tomorrow. Thanks!
