CE5000-40 Craft Robo Pro Cutting Issue

I'm having problems with the paper backing not lifting from vinyl backing. The design weeds well and releases well at the time of tape application. When a customer tries to apply, the paper is sticking to the back of some of the design. I've re-installed the blade & tried different depths. Any advice?

what kind of vinyl? Are you telling the customer to peel the backing away from the vinyl? Some people I find are trying to lift the vinyl from the paper backing, which will cause problems,, The waxed paper backing should be peeled away from the vinyl. Also, when you are cutting your vinyl,is your blade barely making a mark on the vinyl backing. It should, just barely be seen a mark or none at all.
