for a long time, Ken WAS the tech support at US Cutter.

+ 1 , Many things changed like the volume of stuff being sold , policy etc since Ken worked at USCutter . Ken did everything from answering the phone & recomending what to buy , running & keeping tabs on the forum , tech support , repair , remote controlplus anything else . I bet Ken has a BIG S on his T-Shirt :) .

Yea, just trying to defend the techs a little bit, because I have worn their shoes. I am sure they did what they could, but at this point, with how long it has taken, I would be leaning towards requesting an exchange, especially if 'the man' implied the shipping would be covered. Not sure why they each would claim to know more than the next- no answer to that.

So after spending time going driver by driver I finally am getting some successful cuts using the drivers for the GCC Jaguar JII-76s.
