slowridetrucking 1 Posted August 4, 2011 looking for some advise on what seems to be my biggest problem after i cut out a awesome huge decal and apply 24inch app tape all is well everything's flat and good once i roll it up to ship the prob begins it starts to waffle pull away fron backing paper and just looks terible what am i doing wrong what the best way to ship large and small decals so the product looks as good as it did when first made thanks too all of you for your help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
vinylmotivations 143 Posted August 4, 2011 Good quality app tape helps, I use Rtape with RLA. Helps its stick better to the backing, also then roll with cut graphic out- not in, which will also help. Instruck whomever you're shipping to lay flat, face down and squeegee. This will eliminate most tunnelling like you're referring to and help that finished look. Only other way to avoid it is to ship flat, which noone does. It is just too expensive. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
