tservice 3 Posted July 23, 2011 I don't see any 2 sided tape there. Am I missing something?
Rodger 527 Posted July 23, 2011 you can scrape any raised plastic from gouges off of your cutting strip & put some reflective tape on it . works great . You can get a new strip or keep some reflective around .
tservice 3 Posted July 23, 2011 I have a new strip that I ordered from uscutter. But it didn't come with any adhesive. So my problem is I used 2 sided tape scotch brand. and it holds for a short period of time, them starts peeling itself off. I need to know what I can use to reapply it. arty-rc 719 Posted July 23, 2011 You mentioned that you used Scotch brand double sided tape. If you used the standard tape from the roll, that is not strong enough for the cutting strip. Stop by a large Craft store and pick up some heavy duty double sided craft tape. It is much stronger than the standard tape. Also, lay out the new cutting strip so it flattens out and has no curve in it before applying. Hope this helps. Arty
