Sent wrong cutting strip.

Recommended Posts

I ordered a 24" cutting strip for a pcut.

I got some little strip for apparentley something else.

Does not work with PCUt.

This burns me to no end, because I paid 12.00 bucks and got charged 9.99

for shipping. It couldn't have cost more than 1.50 to ship this little thing.

Time is money and I am sitting here needing a new cutter strip!!!

I agree with your last sentence . That is why I buy back-up stuff in any endeavor . I bought a back-up cutter so I would not get jambed up & I only do this part time at most . Higher service items are a good thing to stock to avoid problems . " Murphy was an optimist " ...

You might be able to repair your cutting strip at least until you get the right one by cutting any ridges from gouges off & applying reflective tape over it .

I know how you feel buddy.... I have been trying to see if other forum members know the dimensions of their cutting strip. It appears as tho if there is a cutter out there that uses a self adhesive strip thats 1/4" wide and about 1/16th thick.... we would be SET for an aftermarket replacement....

I don't have access to any roland or graphtec machines and I believe BOTH use a self adhesive strip of a sort.... Anyone care to measure their cut strip for those of us that could use the help>>?
