Us Cutter,

You are not the only business who sells these items! I specifically waited to make an order after your move to redmond. Now I find out that once again (4th time in 5 months) that the order is coming from the East. Please confirm to your customers if you plan to ship from alternate locations. This way items can be sourced elsewhere!!!

I now have an order that should have been to our shop Friday (20th), now arriving the following Thursday (26th). At least I did not send one of my guys out there for will call!
