Rodger 527 Posted May 16, 2011 I would have the same reaction . your wife is so hot , she just melted the cutter . Try setting the offset to standard value ( .025 ? ) & go 1 way until it is clear if it is getting better or worse . If that does not get it , start at the standard offset & go in the other direction until the cuts meet up . Check all normal things like bits of vinyl in the blade holder etc & get your wife to wear insulated gloves next time Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
