hawkkenz 0 Posted May 9, 2011 How can I avoid the letters in the bottom text of the word Breast Cancer from being to close or overlapping when making text follow an arc as show in this pic? It just needs a little more spacing between the letters, but I am not sure how to do that.
tekcorps 50 Posted May 9, 2011 kerning = letter spacing Since we don't know what software you are using I can't tell you how. If there some arrows at the end of the sentence (Breast Cancer), grab and pull to the right or in the arc case upwards. That should put spacing in between the letters. Adjust as needed. tekcorps 50 Posted May 9, 2011 Sorry, didn't realize you posted in SignBlazer section. Not sure how its done in SB
tekcorps 50 Posted May 9, 2011 hawkkenz, In SB go to help, select index and type in kerning. Then select kerning in the list and click display button. A page will come up titled "Setting Character Spacing". That should get you going. GL
hawkkenz 0 Posted May 9, 2011 My text dialog box does not have the features of the one it shows in the manual and my help file is missing or corrupted. If my text dialog box was like the one in the manual I would have no problem doing this.
