engs0062 0 Posted January 24, 2008 So I am cutting some lettering that is 10.5 inches tall and about 96 inches long. For some reason, the cutter only cut out the outside layer, for example - it did not cut out the inner circle inside the letter O. Now I wasted 8 feet of vinyl for nothing. Also, during the cutting process, the words were York Thunder - it cut everything (except for the inside of the o, the d, and the e,) and it did not even cut the R at the end of Thunder, so my final result is York Thunde, with only the outer edge being cut...........the head unit just went over to the way left and hit itself against the left until I shut it off due to the herendous noise. What is going on? I used 24" vinyl, but started on the right, so the majority is on the right hand side, 10.5 inches tall..........so why did it not cut the last letter and go all the way to the left and literally "bang its head" against the way left? Confused - getting frustrated with performance. Thanks for any help in advance. Lee

arhash 0 Posted February 18, 2008 it sounds like a RAM or tiling issue. I would like to see the file as well.
