wingman 0 Posted April 8, 2011 I have purchased Goldcut GC-871, using Adobe Illustrator on my mac running OSX 10.6, sending my files to Signcut out of Illustrator. I seem to have no problem then opening the files in Signcut Pro. My mac is connected to my cutter through my Keyspan connector (shows up connected through my system profiler) Signcut is set up using the USCutter as the manufacturer and using the MH721 cutter setting (due to there not being a setting for the Goldcut and this was the recommendation from a USCutter rep) Please help I do not know what to do. When go to make my cut I get a window that pops up shows a blank progress bar and says elapsed time: 0:00:00 Estimated time: unknown Remaining time: unknown and that is all I get. My excitement has been giving way to frustration. I have had my cutter now since Monday and just want to start cutting. I have so many ideas for it and all it has been is aggrivation.
