patrise 0 Posted March 16, 2011 sorry for my english i'm using google translator: I got a problem with my plotter pcut630, sometimes cut the vinyl to deep and other times only mark the vinyl, I already changed the blade for a new one and the pressure but it doesn't fix the problem in fact the blade looks like a blade very used. Try moving the blade in a little (less blade stickiing out) and adding more pressure. Your blade should not be out far enough to cut all the way through the backing.
