LP 24 Rounding of coners

Recommended Posts

I am not getting sharp 90 degree corners. Has a new blade too. What might be causing that?

Cutting pressure 110.

It was at 0 but I bumped it up to 20. The corners aren't much better but I not getting the little incomplete cut tags that were left but the cutter before?

What does everyone else keep their offset set on?

.25 is the standard. and if you take the left end housing cover off, you may find some slack in the feed roller drive belt. adjust the slack out and you will get better cuts.
