AshComputers 197 Posted February 10, 2011 Hey guy's, I've seen a kind of white board, looks like plywood 4x8 foot sheets that are painted for vinyl applications. What kind of board is this and where's the best place to purchase these? Thanks
locknload1 17 Posted February 10, 2011 I use the glossy white (wood based) paneling from Lowe's (about $15 for a 4X8) for my signboard needs, other than that there are lots of other wood, plastic, metal based substrates available for signage from your local sign supply store in a wide range of prices. AshComputers 197 Posted February 10, 2011 Yeah, BJ directed me to them. I ordered their price book and other stuff. I haven't checked it out. Didnt realize they had sign boards. COOL! I need some light weight stuff. Plywood weighs to much. That guy needs me to redo his site though. Takes to long to look around and shop. Called him the other week, seems like a great guy though
AshComputers 197 Posted February 10, 2011 Is it lexan boards I'm looking for? 4' x 8' lightweight for vinyl letting? That stuff isn't very cost effective though, maybe it will hold up in the weather here
