Was cutting, now not cutting anymore

I've had my cutter for about a month now, and I was pretty much successfully cutting, but all of a sudden it doesn't cut anymore.  I tried to check my port settings, but when I go to my device manager, it no longer lists the ports - has anyone heard of this?

I'm using Windows Vista with the USB Cable

Hello,

I'm having the same problem. I don't think I changed anything setting wise.  I can click "CUT", then "TILE", then it loads like its going to cut/print but then I get; "Can not open the output device.  Error in initializing cutter". I put an e-mail into SignBlazer today.  If I hear anything I'll get back to you.

Hi,

I'm back up and running.  I swaped out the USB cable for the COM PORT cable.  Changed the setting in SignBlazer to COM 2.  Seems to be working well now.

you're better off that way anyhow. Let us know if it keeps cutting that way. It seems the number ONE problem on here is USB communication.
