Scribe917k 1 Posted January 24, 2011 Within the next 2 months I am going to need to have a few shirts made. What I need is a lightweight material shirt with a simple black design on it. I already have the design made and can make it any format needed. The design will go on the back and also need a name on the left breast of each shirt. These shirts are going to be used in the heat of the summer out fishing so they need to be lightweight and breathable. If you have something that will work or can point me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks
screenprintr 319 Posted January 25, 2011 PM'd you. Also to remind you. If you want light weight, you need a light weight material and ink. Both Vinyl and Transfers are heavy. Many Baseball teams use Vinyl due to the cost to put numbers and names on the t-shirts. The problem is that transfers and vinyl don't breath. We can use a Water base ink which is lighter, discharge which is bleaching the t-shirt with a special waterbase chemical, or plastisol with a reducer which thins the ink. Thank you, Paul
