Image Sizing Issue

I have an image that when I make it smaller part of the lines disappear. I also cuts that way. I would really appreciate anyone's help. Thanks

I can't, every time i copy it, there's no option to past in this section, and it won't attach it.

Maybe i'm doing something wrong. I don't know. I can email it to you!

Click on Additional options when you are posting and a box will allow you to browse and select the file from your hard drive.
