jhumbeutel 1 Posted December 30, 2010 My cutter has worked just fine for almost a year. Very rarely would it freeze during a job. It even worked fine this morning but now it freezes in the middle of a cut. I have tried restarting my computer and that has worked in the past but not this time. I just renewed my subscription, thinking that might help since it was due in less than a month. I am using a USB connection. I tried using a serial to USB adaptor but it was the wrong kind and stupid me unscrewed the connector screws and it fell in the machine. So I would like to continue using USB. Using sign cut pro.
