MT871 ROHS hot to get it working? HELP!

Recommended Posts

hello, can anybody help me please?!

over 1 years ago i have bought cutting plotter  Type number: MT871 ROHS(info from side sticker)

i didn't use it since- up to last week, when I cut simple text. there wasn't any problem to get it running that day last week.

when, this week it's was impossible to cut anything.

Note from system (windows XP)

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

You need to restart your computer before the changes you made to this device will take affect."

i have tried many days to get it solved, with no luck at all. after system format (XP again) nothing has changed. there is still the same problem with drivers.

all files on my cdrom are the same like the one on: http://travelarticles.us/vinylcutter/

there is so many of them & after 4 days with them i'm getting confused what is what. i'm new with the subject so i might be doing something wrong here. instal order or something...

i have attached some photos to this post. would U have any ideas, please?

Sounds like a USB communication issue. Did you try to reload your driver?
