Cutting way bigger than I told it to

I just renewed my license with Signcut.  I imported an eps and told it to cut 14"x2.5".  When it is being sent to the cutter it is cutting 5x that size.  When i go back to sign cut the sizes have reset themselves to this huge size.  How do I get it to cut the size I need?

When you change the size be sure to hit the enter key for it to take effect.

Im pretty sure I am.  When I go to cut it, it shows it using about 14.5" of vinyl which seems correct, just when it starts cutting it is huge.

Sorry then, I don't know. I am fairly new to this and have had enough issues with Sign cut that I have switched to signblazer
