locknload1 17 Posted December 10, 2010 I have to start off by saying that I'm very satisfied with my CR630 (4.3 firmware) and to date it's been going on about two plus years with no issues and tons of cuts. My concern is that lately when I turn it on upon first use at any given time I noticed that the display is illegible and I have to press reset, once it cycles through reset it's fine for the rest of the session. I did have one occurance worth mention, prior to this issue that I can think of. While cutting some stuff on a very stormy day, I decided to stop working when the static got so bad I zapped myself several times touching the plotter, laptop, my chair and then my 7 year old. locknload1 17 Posted December 13, 2010 Well, never got any assistance on this one so I took matters into my own hands and found the issue was with my wall outlet (guess there's no electricians out there) after replacing the outlet, I'm golden again.
