You came in saying "I want to send it back it is useless if it doesn't work"  ---  so that seems to be one easy solution. Pack it back into the box, and on Monday, call and request a Return Authorization.

Or, follow through with what dakotagrafx indicated and give us something better and more detailed to work with to troubleshoot.

Because Slice, some of us are years old hehe! The tip sucked BTW! ;-)
