mona-berlin 0 Posted November 25, 2010 Hi there. I do have a plotter PCUT CT-630. Its a great machine but now it cuts during a cutting process with different pressure. So in the beginning its a fine cute, then it gets to strong or the cut is to less. And I do not have any idea how to help. Is it maybe the pen who holds the cutter? Do I need a new one? Sorry for my bad english, Thanks for help Mona

locknload1 17 Posted November 29, 2010 Dull blade. Knife to far sticking out with to high pressure. Paco I concur, bad/dull blade, cheap vinyl or poor knife position. I've never experienced this before on my CR630.
