Sample and/or Free Graphics

I am totally new to this, I am not looking for people to give me their hard work and such and don't want to come off like that. I am wondering if there are any places on the net with some free samples for me to practice with.

for example, that little circle thing that says "intel inside" so I can put something else in there and what not.

Also, what clip art disks are good for vinyl cutting?
