Best place to get custom banners?

Anyone know of a good, low price, reputable company that I could get this made by? I've been using US Banners from Uscutter.com and like the quality, but they don't make that size...

I actually picked up one from Signsplusbanners.com, an inch longer then needed (42x72) but the customer was okay with that.
