MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 30, 2010 try a Keyspan adapter, that is the brand name, most Mac users find this works for them.
kpsxtyone 0 Posted August 30, 2010 does that mean that the usb connection from the cutter is no longer compatible to the usb plug of the imac?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 30, 2010 I'm just saying that if you look up Keyspan adapter, in the search, on the forum, you will find that this solved most problems with connecting to a Mac. Sorry, but I don't use either. But this has been brought up many, many times. here is the install instructions. or put in a support ticket. http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=18 http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Keyspan-High-Speed-USB-Serial-Adapter-USA-19HS-/120420154018?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c0999baa2

kpsxtyone 0 Posted September 3, 2010 After getting it to cut i now face a new problem. With the first cut it seems that the outer line is shifted. the 1/3 of the decal was close to perfect and once it goes to the remaining 1/3 the outline is shifted. I have attached a picture. First one was cut while in win 7 and next was with the mac. Anyone experienced this before? thanks !
