I'm just saying that if you look up Keyspan adapter, in the search, on the forum,  you will find that this solved most problems with connecting to a Mac.    Sorry, but I don't use either.  But this has been brought up many, many times.

here is the install instructions.  or put in a support ticket.

ahh gotcha!

I got the mac sofware for signcut pro with the help of their tech support. They mentioned that i need to get the drivers from the manufacturer so i also opened a ticket with uscutter.

Thanks !

After getting it to cut i now face a new problem.

With the first cut it seems that the outer line is shifted. the 1/3 of the decal was close to perfect and once it goes to the remaining 1/3 the outline is shifted.  I have attached a picture.

First one was cut while in win 7 and next was with the mac.

Anyone experienced this before?

thanks !
