I do not understand PM communication.  Where do I find the communication?  I provided my phone number to US Cutter as requested?  How do I now get to PM Communication from US Cutter?

Thank you Speedoggy.  I sent him another PM before with my telephone number,  (didn't know it was called that - PM).  Just sent another.  How am I to find what he has sent to me?

You've sent me 3 PMs and answered mine. Now why can't you find or understand what a PM is?

Dear John.  thank you for your help and understanding.  All I need is a simple part,  A pinch roller.  Please forgive me for not understanding the terms you use.  I am not as well versed in computers as you are.  I thank you again for your understanding at my frustration of not receiving this part after several weeks of communication, beginning with telephone then finding this board which seems to add to the frustration.  Yours too it seems.  A voice mail has been left with Levi the earlier part of this week including my telephone number.  Then return here to find a message about PMs.  I am only left to believe the phone number request was a stalling technique I am unfamiliar with.  My only need is a pinch roller.

I will continue to fumble my way through this site continuing to get a pinch roller as I no of no other option.  Again I hope to one day thank US Cutter for the good customer service provided.

Dear John.  thank you for your help and understanding .

I found it quite funny when I read the " Dear John " .. I have gotten a few of those " Dear John " letters when I was young  :D

007 ,

Thanks for being tranquil  ;D Especially with things that can get very frustrating . The PM ( Personal Message ) icon is under the member's name in the post ... on the bottom right side ( still under the name ) ... it looks like a caption box . Use it to send a PM ( you can also send a PM if you go to the member's profile page like Speedy said  ) Near the top of each page here , there are tabs/buttons that start out with Home - Help - Search - Profile & then My Messages . When you have a message , it will indicate that under the My Messages tab . Getting the asked for info to USCutter personal quickly helps greatly , even if already done previously .

You never did say where your pinch roller broke ;D I will be ordering a couple Co-Pam pinch rollers soon . I need 1 for my Co-Pam at my farm , I want to make sure my order does not get in front of your order . I saved the parts from my 3 brokem rollers & if yours broke someplace other than mine , I can send good parts .

Roger thank you for the instruction on PM. I have come straight to this page to respond to you message on the board.  A great help.  Thank you.  Before I was just getting lucky on returning or sending a message.  Thank you.

The pinch roller broke around the spring area,  everything just fell out.

Thank you again.  David

I sent this same message to you using the PM box under your name on the original message.  Thank you again.

Levi,  Can you Assist me?

My first contact with US Cutter, telephone, was in June,  Longer than three months?  Since then I have been in contact through the forum.

Previous message follows along with a plan of action by yourself.

Levi.  this was on the board some time ago.  My address is 203 S. commercial Rd, Tahlequah, OK

74464 for ups or fedex.    PO Box 2048, Tahlequah, OK 74465 for US Postal Service.  My telephone number is XXX XXX XXXX  (Phone number included in PM).  Thank you for your help in closing this order.

Unfortunately we have a big problem with our manufacturers not having the parts we need at times and also no shipping the correct parts. We have tried many different methods of ordering with little change. In the past we have stock 2 or 3 times the amount of parts that we actually need because of this, but recently we have been shipped incorrect parts a few times in a row which causes major set backs. I am currently putting together an overnight parts order for this manufacturer. I do not know how this will go, but hopefully they will send us the correct parts so we can fill your order. I just went and surveyed my stock of bone yard cutters and we are completely out of Copam pinch rollers so I am going to grab one off of a new machine and replace that when we get your part. I do apologize for this poor service. Please PM me with contact information so that I can get you taken care of. Thanks.

Not sure where the breakdown is here. I am now in LA for the remainder of the week so my hands are temporarily tied,. The part is sitting on my desk and I was under the impression that the order had been placed. Please call 888-298-8143 and request to speak to Tom Lockhart. I am sending him an email now letting him know that you will be calling for a Copam pinch roller. Please call asap so that we can get this issue resolved.

Ticket number, KZH-874003  Called    888-298-8143 and requested to speak to Tom Lockhart.  He answered the call.  :) :) :),  He mentioned that Levi ask him to expect my call.  He  will ship out of Seattle today Wednesday.  Delivery within 7 days.  Will remove one from a machine there and ship today.  ???:D,  shipping FedEx,  He accepted payment,  ;D, I am now looking for the truck.  0ver 90 days and I think this bad situation is finally getting resolved.

Tom was pleasant, polite, and easy to speak with.  Seems to have the interest of the customer top of his mind.

FedEx Arrived this afternoon with a pinch roller intact .  Was able to make the removal and replacement.  After a three month dialogue with US Cutter I am finally able to say this has been resolved.  I thank those who had a positive contribution to this unfortunate situation and hope to never have another broken pinch roller.

When that happens I sincerely hope a replacement is available in a timely manner.

Thank you.  David

 . I suggest calling USCutter directly when needing any parts etc . I have bought 2 sets of pinch rollers & gotten them within days of ordering them ( I called & talked to a person ). I think talking to a person is WAY better than auto ordering on the internet , or going indirectly thru a forum ... especially on something that is wanted quickly . Here is a link to USCutter's website . I am sure the direct phone # is listed there . If not post on this forum asking for the phone # . That way alot of time will be saved next time ;)

Is there a link to USCutter's website on this forum  might be a good idea to have it if not .
