gpau 0 Posted August 8, 2010 Hello, That pressure should be given carte vinyl 3m schotchcal electrocut premium quality 100 film series, and speed As the blade must leave, please do not in inches but in millimeters Does not cut well and ripping from vinyl sheet, I tried to adjust it but sometimes it marks only the vinyl without cutting. Okay let the inclination of 90 degrees. The programs used are cut and Sign Sign Blazer. Thanks
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 8, 2010 give the cutter more force, and keep doing little test cuts until you get that you are wanting. and it cuts the vinyl nicely
gpau 0 Posted August 8, 2010 it is fine, but how hard do I have and where the length of the straight edge cut.

gpau 0 Posted August 8, 2010 I'm sorry but I can not explain more than that As the blade must leave, please do not in inches but in millimeters Does not cut well and ripping from vinyl sheet, I tried to adjust it but sometimes it marks only the vinyl without cutting. MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 8, 2010 Sorry, but someone else will have to help you.. If the blade is not cutting then, give the cutter more force. Have you read here? Download the first page. http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,17489.0.html what is your language?

gpau 0 Posted August 9, 2010 why it happens. Speed 4 inchs forces 100 g. who has a photo of how to exit the blade? http://yfrog.com/5ndsc01069sj Thanks
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 9, 2010 make sure your blade is only sticking out enough to be barely seen, make sure there is not any little pieces of vinyl in the blade holder. use less speed and force.
gpau 0 Posted August 9, 2010 executed as said but nothing changes speed 4 inchs 40 g force, as happens with photos
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 9, 2010 did you purchase the cutter recently? Is it a new cutter? Have you tried a new blade? What do you have the blade offset set at?

MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 9, 2010 Take the blade holder out of the carriage and put the blade holder in your hand and cut across the vinyl. If the blade cuts into the vinyl backing the blade is out too far. And it looks like it is out too far.
gpau 0 Posted August 9, 2010 seems to get better I still find the strength but is just much better, thanks for the help but for a lot of patience thank you very much. :D :D
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 9, 2010 great glad it worked out. it does not take much blade at all to cut vinyl. So just barely see the blade. Glad to help
