Bought Vinyl Cutter

Hello, I am new in the vinyl printing business. I just bought a Vinyl Cutter off Ebay from US Cutter.

What is contour Printing? I read about it, I just did not grasp the technical stuff it referred to. If for example I wanted a hunting decal on my truck in white lettering do I need a contour capable vinyl cutter? I want the image to have no background. If I need this is it possible to add it to a vinyl cutter that does not have the ability?

contour cutting involves cutting around printed images. for what your looking for, should not be nessicary.
