Vinyl roll holder clutch usage

Does any one use the vinyl roll holders that come with uscutter vinyl cutters ? I have them but dont know how to use them so the vinyl dont spool off the rolls . There is a rubber gasket that came with the holders but i dont know where they go ? Help !

have you looked in the user manual in the support area for your model cutter?

I think you are referring to the guides that come with the p-cut- the o-ring fits in the notches over the outside to let the guide slide but stay in place.  with that said most people don't even use them.  I am also going to guess you are putting the roll thru the roll instead of sitting it on top of the rollers if you are having trouble with it self feeding
