Signcut started doing this. This is a tree that it drew and went at  it at a angle then finished as you can see in the pic I'm stumped.

1. Check the artwork in wireframe in the design software.

2. Reset machine.

3. Check static.

I agree with Joe.  Looks like an unclosed path issue to me.

I have it grounded from the base of the screw and to the stand also was thinking a crazy I just recently got a memory up grade chip and it came in one of thoses static bag I was thinking of putting the static bag around where the cutter box think thight might help with some of the static or just a crazy ideal ?

I meant unclosed path as in the design. That's when I usually see this issue with flexi.

Checking that wire frame may have done the trick thank you.

Its just finished a mirror image .

an open endpoint in the wireframe is what I meant by unclosed path.  I'm used to using illustrator terms.

I'm glad you solved it. I always check my designs in wireframe before cutting as it will show any imperfrctions.
