Can't get certain .eps files to open in Win PC?????

Anyone know why I have random problems getting .eps files to open at all in Win PC Sign. I have a job to do for a customer and can't get their .EPS file to open in WIN PC? Any suggestions or help?

I have this problem also on some eps's

i open them un corel draw or simular and then re-save them as eps 2 i think

then they open fine
