I'd def use cast

thanks for the reply guys. Ive never used cast vinyl. From what I understand, cast vinyl is used for full color wraps, can I cut cast vinyl with my plotter?

Oh yeah.  You'll love it.  Weeds better, Installs better, lasts longer.

Oracal 751, 851, & 951 are cast films.  You can cut them just like an intermediate film, but they won't shrink & will conform to curves better.

One more question guys, should i use cast for vehicle graphics too? I plan on doing graphics that are 22'' tall and about 100'' wide.

If you stick to the body of the car, it's a good idea. For windows Oracal 651 is ok.
