barnberry 0 Posted May 28, 2010 Hi Everyone! I just recently purchased the MH-721 and have been trying to get all of my settings correct. I seem to keep having the following issue when cutting letters. This doesn't happen on every letter, only some, but it sure is annoying and I don't think it's supposed to be happening. My settings are currently: 100 Force Speed 16 I'm using SignBlazer Elements I've tried changing my offset and that doesn't seem to fix the problem. Does anyone have an idea of what is going wrong? Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted May 28, 2010 not sure but could be where the knife is first dropped and must be dragged into the right position when if first starts to cut a letter. with the drag knife cutters the blade only turns as it is dragged around the letter and if it is pointed the other way when it is dropped could make this cut. the offset corrects this after the blade is in motion but the cutter cannot change the direction of the blade without dragging it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
