scarecrowglass 1 Posted May 5, 2010 i have used other sw for other things, but this is so infuriating.... i like using inkscape, but after spanding hours making a image perfect to the last .00000005 node, i cant get it to be half what is needed in sb! example.. i just finished a image, is a tw0 piece outside is one, all interior hokes are another, but when loaded into SB i have to make all the lines 1.1 or larger for it to not assume the center of said image 1 is blk! but anything over 1px it wants to cut twice!! if it cuts twice it will destroy the image cause the blade will snag the vinyl..... im furious, this image has to be printed 500 times in two days, and i cant do it because USCUTTERS decided to use SB instead of the beautiful OPEN SOURCE inkscape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all i really want is SB to load a ESP as it was saved, not its own malfunction of a interpretation! Paradox 0 Posted May 5, 2010 Uhhh if it's cutting twice there may be two paths. I'm using inkscape without that issue all the time. Might have to adjust the nut behind the keyboard to get the computer to work right sometimes. Make sure the "black lines" are not the fill area between two paths, otherwise it would cut down the middle of the path no matter the thickness of the line. Guest sciondrgn Posted May 5, 2010 Go purchase FlexiSign and be done with it. I personally dislike signblazer but it got me started until I could afford Flexi.. Just a few jobs paid for it but alot of folks use signblazer without any problems.
Guest HowardI Posted May 5, 2010 When did you purchase your cutter? We include a FREE 1 year license to SignCut Productivity Pro with every cutter (other than Roland or Graphtec, they have their own software). Signcut integrates into Inkscape so you can cut semidirectly from inkscape. Have you tried this product? Check the email you got titled "Order Confirmation" and look at the bottom for your Signcut code. scarecrowglass 1 Posted May 5, 2010 thanks for the response, i got my cutter just weeks ago, and in the email it said i had a trial, but there was no code at the bottom, i tried emailing but never heard back in inscape im saving just the background, wiith no fill color, and stroke style set to 1px,once i load that eps into SB it comes up completely solid centered.. Buggie Pilot 4 Posted May 6, 2010 WoW i gotta say after starting a post with " Hey UScutter I gotta F******g Tip for You " and " is this a joke ? " is not the way you would get a favorible responce from me. Quite frankly I'm suprised you made it 27 years without getting beaten until being completely being brain-dead. However after reading some of your post and seeing your keyboard proficiency I think I might agree with paradox about the nut behind the keyboard thing i have used other sw for other things, but this is so infuriating.... i like using inkscape, but after spanding hours making a image perfect to the last .00000005 node, i cant get it to be half what is needed in sb! example.. i just finished a image, is a tw0 piece outside is one, all interior hokes are another, but when loaded into SB i have to make all the lines 1.1 or larger for it to not assume the center of said image 1 is blk! but anything over 1px it wants to cut twice!! if it cuts twice it will destroy the image cause the blade will snag the vinyl..... im furious, this image has to be printed 500 times in two days, and i cant do it because USCUTTERS decided to use SB instead of the beautiful OPEN SOURCE inkscape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ninja 16 Posted May 7, 2010 The "1d10T" error is often accompanied by the " Frnt1 1obE/null/void" error. These are easily remedied by the following fix: Replace user, press the 'any-key'. Cheers!
