bugzmaxx 0 Posted April 26, 2010 HELP. i am working on a project that has a lot of small letters...... ALOT. can't seem to get the offset of the blase correct. i have tried many many different settings. all of them seem to leave the dreaded tail near the finish of the cut. tried everything from .50 to .20 and nothing is working.......... MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted April 26, 2010 make sure there is nothing in your blade holder, blade barely out, drop of oil in your blade holder so it spins freely, I have seen others use even lower than .20 . start your test cuts at 0.0 and work from there. Small lettering run slow speed, a little more force, not much that's what I do, on a Graphtec. check out the post below and make sure your test cuts look good like in the pictures on this thread http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,27153.msg213959.html#msg213959
