hharley3059 1 Posted April 11, 2010 I saw the vedio in You Tube where a guy is useing sharpies to make a sign on plastic board. It filled in all the letters with red and then he changed to color and it outlines in black... Anyone know how this is done?
thredz 1 Posted April 11, 2010 You have to run them as a plot instead of a cut. And when I do sharpies, I set the tip at about the height of a nickel so the pen doesn't drag across the paper. Hope that helps.
hharley3059 1 Posted April 11, 2010 that part was easy to figure out the part i want to know is how he was able to get the marker to fill instead just outline? also what software ?
thredz 1 Posted April 11, 2010 I use flexi 7. When you set it top plot in the production manager it fills the design instead of a wire frame.
tlzimmerman 11 Posted April 13, 2010 In flexi there is an option called "fill plot" that you use, and you can set the width of your pen there as well.
