Desassoc 0 Posted March 31, 2010 I have a client that wants their logo in Purple (ie Oracal 404), but it is going on drywall, so I should use 631, but they don't make 404 in 631. any options? They don't want violet, they want purple. how tough is it to remove 641 from drywall?
firefighter1138 1 Posted April 1, 2010 Why not put the 404 on top of 631. ? Just a thought. Jim
Desassoc 0 Posted April 1, 2010 Why didn't I think of that? Should I do an exact overlay, or maybe leave a small white border? I'm not sure which would be easiest to layer.
kyjeeper 1 Posted April 1, 2010 631 comes in a clear transparent (000) if you don't want anything to show.
Desassoc 0 Posted April 1, 2010 I'm already buying white for the project, so that's probably how I will go, and leave a small white border.
tlzimmerman 11 Posted April 1, 2010 Remember you get a gloss finish on one, and a matte finish on the other. If it were me, I would cut an exact overlay so the finishes match. Should work either way though.
