I was reading this again..and I noticed this:

SignCut tech had to send me the files again. Download wasn't working.... I finally got the cutter to starting cutting, but the image would overlap the cuts. I called tech support and they wanted to have remote access and that's when ALL the fun started!

So, who accessed your computer..SignCut Tech or USC tech?

Way to funny!

As a former IT who did a lot of remote access - my number one goal was to ruin someones day and try to get BSOD!

'

Give me a break ........ he's got his "FBI" friend working on it for him?

Let me guess --- it's his neighbor who has an FBI (female body inspector) T-shirt!!!!!

Probably has a mullet too!

Now wait, let's all cut him some slack. His friend might work at the FBI......

He might sweep the floor.

Well I think one thing most of us can agree on is this: Techs with remote access to your computer should never answer, 'What are you doing' with 'I don't know'. Pretty much anything else is preferable.

'Sir, I'm truncating the pink horsies out of the east gate'.

That would be preferable to, 'I don't know'. Well, until the drive goes dead, anyway.

'If you'd like to make a call, hang up and try again....'.

'CALL THE FEDS!'.  :D
