What are you wanting to do with a cutter, that is the big question, A little more info would help us help you decide what machine is best for your needs.

You can save yourself a lot of money by buying the cutter on ebay from them:

http://cgi.ebay.com/...=item45ee4f589c

$319 with free shipping.

You will save enough over buying on the website to pick up the supplies you need.

It's a good cutter, will do most everything you will probably need, unless you want to do contour cutting.

mine works fine, and so do plenty of others. There will always be either a bad machine in a lot..or a reason OTHER than the machine for it not working correctly.
A few people here have a bee in their bonnet about USC...but the vast majority have no problems once they figure out what they are doing wrong, if anything. My mh871..plugged it in, and started cutting. That easy.
