I need help with some logos, what am I doing wrong?

I've had a cutter for a couple years but its mostly sat idle in the back room.  I opened my mouth and volumteered to help make some banners that are a trade for a local non profit org to get advertising on some radio stations.

Anyways, they sent me the logos in eps format, I opened them in sign blazer and saved them as a sign blazer file, but how do I get them so I can cut them? I've tried seperating the colors into two files, didn't work.  Here are the files, can anyone help me out?
