Mh 871 with flexi

Recommended Posts

Hi Scotty,

If none of these solutions are helping, you can contact US Cutter support by submitting a ticket.  We reply to these every morning.  Submit a ticket with a description of the problem and steps you've tried, we'll work with you in testing your cuts.

My recommendation would be to try using Sign Cut Pro, and cutting the default Sign Cut logo to see what the results are.  But otherwise please contact us at support.uscutter.com

I don't think it is flexi because my other cutter works fine on it.

But I am still going to try.

I replyed to the uscutter support email Thursday night stating that I tired their ideas and they did not work.

I still have not got a responce.

it turns out that my help ticket was "lost"

i did everything yesterday on the phone with someone from support.

i sent him pictures of the wave jagged lines.

he said that the line were good.

at this point i just want to return my cutter and get a copam...

is there another holiday im missing???

the last reply i got was friday the 19th.

i have sent multiple emails since then and no reply.

as of right now i am so disappointed with the uscutter support.

when i call they just get off the phone with me and have them email them pictures of tests.

which they reply a few times then just stop replying.

right now all i want to do is return this cutter but i cant even do that because no one will help me.....

Hello Scotty,

If I may offer my opinion too? I was using a 60 degree blade and that happened to me (although not that bad!). I then tried 45 degrees which was much better. Also if you would try a different blade holder and blade (maybe from a plotter that definitely cuts straight??). I quite believe that the cutting implements could have some play in them, leading to this phenomenon.

Please let us know how you went. Till then, good luck!

I'm just seeing if there has been a new update to this. I just got my MH 871 cutter this week and got the same wavy lines. I used signblazer. Went through all the suggestions everyone else tried, including reading dozens of posts. Hope there is a solution. My sisters Cricut cuts straighter than this : )~ Hope there is a resolution to this for everyone that owns this machine.

Me and the us cutter team tryed everything possible to get it to cut right.

It would just not cut correctly.

I ended up shipping it back today.

I am returning it and getting a copam.

good choice you will love the copam - first thing you will notice is it is 3 times as heavy

Can't believe I didn't see this suggested - did you try using a different printer cable? It could have been that it was picking up interference. I'm a firm believer in decent shielding.

I hate that this post went unresolved! If there is a symptom, there is a problem and every problem has a solution....  ahhhh.. makes me crazy! I'd wish I could have gotten my hands on that machine.

should have it in your hot little hands this week - how about posting what you find with it when it comes in?
