Poor Customer Service Issues

Again, this issue is not resolved.  I need Brandon or someone at USC to please call me.  I dont want to continue this issue on the board but due to lack of response, I must.  Some one please call me, I have been beyond patient.

Are they pissed off now so they wont answer??

apparently a cutter has been shipped as of Yesterday... It would have been nice if someone from USC had responded with this info instead of me having to do it. BUt,as you have found out the hard way, they are very busy.
