File conversion help

How do you take a jpeg image or (bitmap, etc.) and get it to a file the cutter will recognize. I am using the signblazer software that came with the cutter. I have made a decal and cannot get a file type the cutter will recognize. Help

Cutters can not use .jpg's or .bmp's. Those are forms of raster images. (different colored dots that make up an image.) Cutters require vector based images. (Lines, curves.). If you search the forums for "vectorizing", you will find information on how to turn raster images to vector format.
