corners bowed out on lettering etc.

my cutter is not making clean 90 degree cut's, it bows out and makes the corner rounded. I have set it to a super slow speed with no improvement.

Ok so what cutting software are you using?,  we need to know,  and what do you have the blade offset set at?

I am using sign blazer (oem version) and offset of 0 or 20 with same results.
