TmEvil 0 Posted January 7, 2010 Okay i got griped at by somone on here about doing the service ticket thing with us cutter. I tried that the guy says he would call me to link up to my pc for two days now and nothing. Heres the deal and maybe somone had this problem and can help me out. Im hooking my plotter up to my laptop with vista instead of xp and i cant find the ports in device manager. I have tried undoing the hidden items and still nothing. If i could just fid the ports to change them i would prob be able to get it working but have had no luck. Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted January 7, 2010 at cutting software are you using? What type of connection also (USB or serial)? With signblazer usually it will find the proper port for you if you have the cutter on before you launch the program Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Guest HowardI Posted January 13, 2010 I do apologize for the problems. One thing to keep in mind is that on a copam it has to be on for it to show in the device manager. You are welcome to call in to tech support and ask for Howard (me), Levi, or Brandon. We'd be happy to help you with the remote support session. If you open device manager, and turn the machine off (if it's on) or on (if it's off) the screen should refresh. If not I would first suggest trying a different usb cable.
